Thanks. Would definitely buy from this seller again. Came very quickly and in condition that was stated.
Wasted $4.50 on shipping. Upon inserting this $0.25 drive into a USB port, the system makes the connect sound but the drive does not show up in My Computer.
I do recommend. Works as advertised. I downloaded some music to a this 4 GB mircro sd for my LGShine phone and it worked great.
I tried it in three different computers, with three different SD cards, with the same result. Card reader did not work.
I have not seen any other color. A new removable drive shows up. I thought may be it does not like my SD card to found a different SD card but same result (one was 4 GB and another was 1 GB). Of course I have inserted a SD card and tried to remove it reinsert it but the same message comes out.
I received this on Feb 4 2009. Based on these experiments I have concluded that the device is defective. The LED on the reader stays red when its inserted in the USB port. But I'm having problems with the device.
I've tried it on two different OS, Windows XP & Vista and same result. And I'd like to get a replacement as my first choice or return it if that is not possible. When I plug it in my computer, the device driver installs correctly and coputer says your device is ready for use. But when I try to open it, computer tells me "Please insert a disk in your Removable Disk (F:\)".
